The tenant
fit-up for Entrée Vous consisted of
incorporating the Entrée Vous
Corporate Prototype into the Little
Dolphin Marketplace. The fit-up
included two walk-in coolers, gas
range/oven with suppression hood,
prep sinks, ADA accessible toilet
facility, and 6 custom prep-coolers.
The entire fit-up was designed to
meet the stringent requirements of
the Department of Health and the
Americans with Disabilities Act.
