Little Dolphin Marketplace:

Project: Renovation       Size: 21,000 Sq.Ft.       Completed: 2004

The renovation to the existing retail building include a new facade upgrade, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and revised tenant layouts with the Little Dolphin School as the Anchor Tenant. The new facade has been designed to keep in context with the traditional New England Style of Maine. New gable roofs and columns have been added to break up the large building and bring it down to a residential scale.
