The three-story office building consists of a mixture of retail and office space with the Allied Mortgage headquarters on the third floor. The buildings façade has been designed to keep in context with the traditional New England style. The use of a gabled roof and dormer on the third floor minimizes the overall scale of the building. The traditional building materials of brick, clapboards and asphalt shingles were used in keeping with the traditional patterns found in Maine and New England. Painted Cementitious Panels are used to break up the façade between the transitions of materials. Aluminum storefront windows and doors on the first floor provide the retail tenants with adequate exposure along Route 1. While clad wood double-hung windows were used on the second and third floors to give the building a residential feel.
