A new 17 unit 2 story hotel, located in Scarborough, Maine. The hotel has been designed to keep in context with the traditional New England style. The use of gabled roofs and dormers were used minimize the overall scale of the building. Traditional building materials were used to keep tin context with the existing building (on right) and the surrounding buildings found in Maine and New England.
