Tidewater Architects worked with Scarborough Terrace to renovate areas of their existing assisted living facility, in Scarborough Maine.   The renovations for this facility included adding on a new solarium, renovating the existing “walk about” (Alzheimer’s Wing) to a new family room, theater room, country Kitchen addition, creating new bedroom suites and moving fire doors and fire alarm systems.  All aspects of this project were designed to the most stringent ADA standards. The project was completed in 3 phases to work around the clients need for patient safety.
